Returns
We want you to love your Luma laptop sleeve. Since laptop sleeves are printed per order, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or faulty.
Refunds
If your sleeve arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at lumastoremt@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will provide a replacement or a full refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for damaged or faulty items. We do not offer exchanges for a change of mind.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping if a replacement or refund is approved.
