Luma – Shipping Policy (EU)

Delivery Times
We ship all Luma laptop sleeves directly from our fulfillment partner. Estimated delivery times to the EU are:

  • Global Mail (Standard): 3–10 business days

  • DHL Express: 1–3 business days

Processing Time
All orders are printed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout:

  • Standard (Global Mail / DPD): €8.90

  • Express (DHL): €18.90

Tracking
For DPD and DHL Express, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.

Delays
Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to customs, public holidays, or carrier delays. Luma is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
